The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) is currently recruiting 50,000 constables, with the application portal open from December 15, 2025, to January 25, 2026. The process is free of charge and handled by the Police Service Commission (PSC) in collaboration with the NPF. 

How to Apply
To apply, visit the official portal at www.npfapplication.psc.gov.ng, create an account using a valid email and phone number, fill out the online form with your details and documents, and submit your application. Remember to print your acknowledgment slip. 
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth, possess good character with no criminal record, and be free from financial embarrassment. Female applicants must not be pregnant during training. 
Additional requirements include:
Requirement General Duty Cadre Specialist Cadre
Age 18 to 25 years old 18 to 28 years old
Education Minimum of five O' level credits (including English and Mathematics) in no more than two sittings. Minimum of four O' level credits (including English and Mathematics), plus relevant trade experience (3+ years) and trade test certificates.
Physical Minimum height of 1.67m for men and 1.64m for women. Medically and physically fit. Medically and physically fit.
